Question : I JUST HAD STEMCELL TREATMENTS FOR PULMONARY FIBROSIS. I was taking 2 mil taclomitus for a liver transplant 9 years ago. Will this reduce the effects of the stem cells?
Brief Answer:
No
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I would consider it as Tacrolimus.
Tacrolimus is an immunosuppressive drug that is used mainly after organ transplant to prevent reaction from the patient's immune system to the transplant.
It does not affect the graft or the stem cells implanted rather may protect them.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
No
