I also also take Seroquel 50MG for sleep. Seroquel was not given to me for any other reason than to sleep. It was not given to for any mental disorder.
My question is, does this combination of drugs affect my heart more than only smoking methamphetamine? Could this combination hurt me more instead of helping me?

Tachycardia is probably caused by methamphetamine!
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have reviewed this information fully. Tachycardia is probably a side effect of methamphetamine. Bisoprolol is just to address this. The combination would not hurt, however, if possible, cutting back on methamphetamine would greatly improve your heart rate such that bisoprolol would not be necessary at this time. I am not exactly sure if your doctor has the information on methamphetamine use as this would have been the first measure towards addressing your tachycardia.
In all, these medications are safe. However, methamphetamine is the main reason behind the accelerated heart rate. If cutting back on dose is possible, then I strongly recommend this.
I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me as you please.
Regards
