Question : I just hear a commercial for microlax for headaches? I can not find anything online about this. Is this a real thing or just another hoax?

Microlax cannot be used for headaches. It is probably a hoax. may also think you didm't follow up the advert closely. Watch again and make sure that you got the information right. Microlax may cause headaches from severe watery stools but not the other way around.
