Question : does the tetanus booster have any effect o a patients INR?
does the topical cream fluorouracil 0.5% have an effect on INR?

No, tetanus booster does not affect INR for sure. Fluorouracil cream does not cause INR changes either. Cream works only locally and gets in tiny dose to bloodstream. So it can not cause INR changes.
