Dear Ms
The hard lump kicking back is likely to be peristaltic activity of intestine. Peristalsis is movement of intestine which propels food forwards. Increased activity of which can be sometimes felt as a lump kicking back , the same way one appreciates fetal movements. It can be confirmed by good clinical examination by your physician.
In the absence of any other symptoms and pregnancy ruled out there is no cause for concern.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
