Does The Moment In Early Pregnancy Is Normal ?
Question: Hi, my wife is 32 week pregnant. We are consulting with doctor on monthly basis. Two USG had been done. The anomaly scan was OK. There were lot of blood tests done. Only minor issue doctor said was low hemoglobin (10.2 gm/dl).
My QUESTION is related to a very small tick-tick movement my wife feels under her belly button for 2-3 days now. It happens in the time span of 10-15 mins. IS IT NORMAL???? Apart from that she feels the "small movement" (compared to the large movements she used to feel 1-2 months ago) which I think is normal. We will certainly call our doctor. But, we want to have a second opinion. Thank you.

Would you please explain the cause of this type movement? She didn't feel this kind of movement till now. Specifically, which part of fetal body causes this movement? I hope there is no problem in the heart of the baby. Please give an elaborate answer. We like to get assured. Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is not possible to tell which part of the fetus makes that sound. As it is the third trimester and the whole abdomen is occupied by the baby, such movements are normal. Kindly do not panic as there are no other symptoms such as bleeding, discharge PV and absent fetal movements.
Regards.
