Question : Hi,
If a women won't achieve orgasms then till how long can a male sperm stay alive inside her?
Also can she conceive if she wont achieve her orgasms?

Hello and welcome to HCM. Thanks for writing in to us with your health query. Life of sperm does not depend on female orgasm. They are vialbein female genital tract for 24-48 hours. There is no problem in concieving whether females have orgasm or not. Ovulation doesnot depend on orgasm. Regards Dr Manisha Jain.
