Does The Symptom Of Costocondritis Include Chest Pain Associated With Tachycardia?

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome on HCM!
I reviewed carefully your ECG report and would explain that it shows only an incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block and a sinus tachycardia, which has not any clinical significance in this clinical situation.
Your symptoms are not typical of chostochondritis, because the pain is not triggered by deep breathing or body movements.
Although D-Dimmer levels resulted normal, a pulmonary embolism can not be excluded, especially considering the fact that you have been on Mirena, which is known to cause this possible adverse effect.
For this reason, I would recommend performing a pulmonary angio CT scan and a cardiac ultrasound.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Wishing all the best,
