Does This Viaderm KC Topically And Keflex 500mg Work For Balanitis?

Question: I have Balanitis for the past 3 days. I was prescribed Viaderm KC topically and Keflex 500mg QID. Swelling and redness on the tip of the penis has improved, Burning on urination at times it is mild and a times it is painful.
Is this treatment correct, and how long before this is completelly resolved?

Start taking antibiotics like Doxycycline and Diclofenac twice daily.
Use topical ointment Neosporin for local application
Ensure to wash your genitalia twice daily with warm water.
