Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query with attached photo image and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, the image of limb is not suggestive of bat
bite surely.
Bat bite wound would be more tense, deeply painful, erythematous area
with warmth of overlying skin to considerable extent.

It seems scratching from any other object nearby you responsible for present situation.

Do not panic at all for the same , application of ice 2-3 times a day for 5 minutes each will resolve the rash much faster and best way.

Hello. Sorry to bother you again but what about this? I feel like no, just because there is also a bruise around the scratch so many I hit it off of something and didn’t know? Should I be worried about bat scratch?

Okay. So your saying definitely doesn't resemble a bat scratch? and I shouldn't be worried about it. Since it has a bruise around it does that mean it is from injury? also, is it true that bat scratches are usually less than 1 cm long?

* Bruise around it means that there is epithelial layer damage from friction
or possible unnoticed injury which may be a compression force or else.

* Bat scratches vary in size , usually in millimeters in beginning and once
there is systemic reaction to the bite, it grows even beyond 2-3 cm as
well.

I again repeat, this is not a bat scratch.
