Since when is this present? I just noticed it 2 days ago.
Any increase in size? No, but it's only been 2 days.
Itching? No itching.
Increased roughness on surface? Surface is very Slightly rough.
Changes in periphery? Not so far.
Lymph nodes in groin or behind knee joint? No.
Any history of trauma that caused this? Dropped a pot on my foot about 2 weeks ago.

Since there is a history of falling of a pot on the same toe, this is most probably a hematoma that you might have noticed recently.
Please post few more fresh photos in good light showing clear and focused spot.
