Brief Answer:
It will fade over time
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Pseudobulbar affect (PBA)or emotional incontinence though not common but is one of the adverse effect of Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
Need not worry, the effect is transient and will surely subside. The duration it takes to subside is subjective and my not take more than weeks. If you are suffering from the same for more than a month, it then you may have to consult a Neuropsychiartist.
Wish you good health.
