Brief Answer: Side effects reverse 3 to 5 days after stopping Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Dear Ms If you have discontinued the use of transdermal scopalamine and there are no other associated urinary abnormality then the side effect should definitely reverse. It takes 3 to 5 days after stopping scopalamine for the side effects to cease. If the symptoms still persists then would suggest to undergo Urodynamic evaluation to rule out tight bladder neck as the associated factor. I hope it helped In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you. Take care Best Regards Dr T Shobha Deepak MBBS, MD

Brief Answer: There is no cause for concern if scope is normal Detailed Answer: Hi Dear Ms If the cystoscope findings are not significant then there appears to be no cause for concern. Avoiding alcohol and caffeinated beverages may be helpful. It should take another 4 to 5 days before the bladder function resume to normal. Take care regards Shobha
