There is no harm in taking Turmeric for arthritis when you are on Verapamil, Escitalopram and asthma medications.

Take Turmeric in the dose of 500 mg twice a day.

Larger doses can cause the following effects -

1. Stomach upset
2. Nausea
3. Diarrhea
