Brief Answer:
NSAIDS. ANTIBIOTICS. TRAMADOL

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Epsom salt is useful for muscle aches and arthritis when used in crystal form in warm water baths to the affected areas.

However , the condition you have described warrants aggressive treatment with antibiotics ( If indeed there is evidence of infection) and NSAIDS like diclofenac to counter the inflammation. Synthetic Opioid like tramadol can be advised if the pain is severe. Epsom salt is a milder therapy and can be reserved for mild to moderate pains and aches.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
