Question : uti has progressed into a possible kidney infection

                                    Brief Answer:
This happens with untreated lower urinary tract infections!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.
Am so sorry to hear about this progression of your infection to include the kidneys. I will recommend aggressive care with antibiotics, oral or parenteral, as appropriate. I will also recommend further imaging of the kidneys and the urinary organs as well as a culture of urine for germ identification and antibiotics guidance. Also, drinking much fluids would prove helpful.
I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me as you please.
