Does Vertigo With Breathlessness Require Further Investigation?

Question: Today my wife suffered from shortness of breath and
Dizziness along with that hands & legs where shaking.
Then we went to doctor, they made ECG and told us reports are normal and told take rest.
Please guide us whether we have go for further investigation.
