Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query carefully and understand your concerns. I have gone through the image/report.

Let me assure you that it is not something to worry about. However, please let me know the reason for seeking medical attention and getting these vitamin levels/blood tests done. It will help me to correlate with the possible cause and guide you specifically.

Let me know if I could help further.

hi thank you, well I got my vitamin d levels tested in July and I was at 18. I initially went to see the dr because I felt a little depressed. which is why I also tested my b vitamins.

Brief Answer:
Thanks for the clarification.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the clarification. The Vitamin D level is on the lower side and needs to be supplemented. Please talk to your doctor about this. This is important.

Let me know if I could help further.

Vitamin d is low at 75???

Answered by Dr. Prof. Kunal Saha (16 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
I thought that you wrote 18

Detailed Answer:
I thought that you meant 18 as the vitamin D level. Pardon me if that is not the case. 75 is sufficient and does not call for supplementation.

Brief Answer:
Thanks for the update.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Thanks for the update. It is good to know that the vitamin D level is fine now. In any case you need not continue taking vitamin B complex.

Regarding your depression, I would insist you to seek counselling. It helps.
