Xatral contains Alfuzosin which helps in decreasing urinary frequency due to prostate hyperplasia. If the nocturia is related to low sodium levels in the body then it might not be of much help to you. Correction of serum electrolytes will help in improving the symptoms.
Xatral is a well tolerated drug and is most effective if taken at the bedtime. You can also get other causes of nocturia like Diabetes ruled out after consulting your physician.
