Acne and hirsutism are due to excess testosterone and unbalanced hormones . This pill will help in correcting your hormone levels and drosperinone also has an anti androgenic effect so help in controlling testosterone . This leads to balancing of hormones and thus curing acne and some improvement in hirsutism also .You can take it safely after due consulatation with your gynecologist . Take care. Dr. Shruti
