Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The mentioned report is suggestive of a significant urine infection.
However I would like to know the details ( as below) of any symptoms or previous medical history so that I can guide you to the best possible solution .
1. Whether any pain or burning during urination?
2. Any fever , pain in abdomen etc
3. Any history of a renal disorder or high blood pressure or diabetes and whether on any medications .

As of now even if patient is asymptomatic I would suggest you consult her physician to start her on appropriate antibiotics .
I would also recommend a urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity test done on her urine sample which can help in starting most suitable treatment for the urine infection.

Hope I have answered your query.
Awaiting your response,
Regards
