welcome to healthcare magic, i am a certified and qualified cardiologist, i read your mail with diligence, thanks for writing in.
You are 38 years , and you have not mentioned about your risk factors whether you have any diabetes , hypertension, smoking and family history of heart disease.
and why did yo done lipid profile.
Coming to the LDL level of 102 is normal if you do not have any risk factors of heart disease.
If you already have heart disease LDL should be maintained less XXXXXXX 70.
Coming to the pain , if yo ave symptoms of pain on exertion , and relieving with rest , you should consult a doctor ( preferably cardiologist) and take an ECG , ECO and if needed Tread mill test .
Meanwhile you start lifestyle modification to prevent future heart disease .
i think i cleared your doubts, if yo need further assistance, let me know.
thank you.
