Brief Answer:
Palliative care specialist/Geriatric specialist

Detailed Answer:
Hi

PEG feeding tube causes wound infection in stomach in elderly people as its complication.

Most PEG wound infections will respond to a first generation cephalosporin gruop of antibiotics or a quinolone.

You can find a physician to assess your problem saying that you are having a lot of drainage around the tube and the tube is becoming blocked. You should see a Geriatric specialist/Palliative care specialist who listen to problem very well. These people know to alleviate the problem quickly.
