Question : Hi, I have an issue with my knee cartilage, I have been taking cartigen forte & have seen lot of improvement after that. I also have high bp & have been taking telsar 40 & cilny 10. I would like to know for how long can i continue taking cartigen forte

Cartigen forte is a natural joint lubricant supplement. This can be taken without any problem for 6 months. After that you can stop taking it for next 6 months. In case you feel the problem with your cartilage again then you can consider taking it again after that.
