                                            Question : Dr --
1. sometimes i feel a warm sensation in my right toes [mainly the big toe & the second toe]. The feeling of warmth subsides after a few seconds. But then it returns. This has been happening for several months. Do you know what this could be due to?
2. also sometimes [especially in the winters] both my feet/including my toes become very cold. Its hard for me to fall asleep. So i have to use an electric blanket to warm both my feet/and toes to fall asleep.
3. do you have any thoughts/suggestions for these concerns?
Thank you--

                                    Brief Answer:
Weak peripheral circulation
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but the warm feeling could possibly be due to vitamin b12 difficiency so I would recommend that you get a blood test to detect it’s level.
As for the cold feeling, this is probably due to weak peripheral circulation so I would recommend that apply nifidepine cream daily before going to bed and always keep your feet warm by wearing socks.. I hope you find this helpful
