1. sometimes i notice that i awaken in the middle of the night & my skin/body temperature is extremely high when i touch my torso area or stomach area
2. then usually -- i lower the room temperature/air conditioning & take off my shirt & then after some time [15-20 minutes] my body temperature seems to subside & i can fall asleep normally
3. this seems to trigger more often -- with certain foods, spices, salmon, nuts, etc.. & i have experienced this over the last couple years or so
4. do you think this is of any concern?

Most of the times, even when you feel your torso warm, the temperature would be within normal limits and there is no need to worry.
