You have not reported any symptoms, etc for which this test was done.
This report shows mild low hemoglobin (anemia) with low MCV, which may be due to iron deficiency. I would suggest serum iron profile and stool for occult blood test for the same. If iron deficiency confirmed, then iron supplements to be taken. If stool occult blood is positive or hemoglobin fails to rise, then endoscopy/colonoscopy may be required.
It also shows mild high eosinophils which may be due to allergy or parasite infestations. Please get yourself assessed by a doctor to rule out these conditions.
