                                            Question : Dr. Branch would be my preference if possible. I find my self having 4-6 drinks most days. I dont get drunk but it dusturbs my sleep schedule. Looking for best hacks to slow down my consumption. Feeling weak, stupid and depressed. The booze gives me temporary respite. Viscious circle. Grrr
