Hello,
Its sinus rhythm, borderline Left ventricular hypertrophy, no significant st t abnormalities seen.
So, there are minor changes in Ecg, which may be seen in hypertension. However, possibility of structural heart disease should be ruled out with echo however such changes may be seen in hypertension.
