thanks for the reports!

As of the reports, low fee T3 low free T4 normal TSH are pointers to secondary hypothyroidism. anti TPO is negative suggesting no autoimmune profile.
so likely age related secondary hypothyroidism. you may start with thyroxine 50 mcg and review with me after 6 weeks.
