I read your query and here is my advice.

This is the report of the ultrasound he did to your prostate.
The tests that you have done before, blood tests for PSA, T4 test and the results of the MRI show a mass in your prostate that may probably be a malignancy.
The ultrasound you just did also shows a mass in right part of prostate.
A biopsy needs to be done and together with all test results it will show the stage of it and also you will discuss the treatment options.
