Hello,
Its sinus rhythm with left ventricular hypertrophy. No significant ST T abnormalities seen.
So, there are minor changes, which are usually seen in hypertension or sometimes may be seen in thin individuals. However, LVH should be confirmed and possibility of structural heart disease should be ruled out with echo. Prognosis is good in absence of structural heart disease.
