Detailed Answer:
Hello
After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that I don’t find any findings on your ecg tracing that’s suggestive of LA enlargement.
Kindly let me know if you are experiencing any symptoms or discomfort so that I can guide you properly.
Also I would like to suggest you to get an echocardiogram done to rule out any underlying structural or functional problem.
I hope this information will guide you properly.
Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
