Question : Elevated platelets, low mpv as of this year. In 2017 I had elevated CRP,elevated anticardiolipin, elevated compliment 3 and 4 all off of my lupus panel
MPV was 8.6 in September and 9.1 last April and are now down to 8.3 fl ...
Google is making me believe I have some type of cancer. Please advise.. I also know a trip to the hematologist will be needed. I dont know if it matters but I do have sickle cell trait.

I have bene carefully through your blood tests.I don’t think that you have some type of cancer.All that are related to infections viral or bacterial.Did you suffer from other diseases or infection ;

the only viral infection I have been told I have is Mononucleosis but I never had real symptoms of the virus

I had a sore throat only in one tonsil but my physician touched my gland and instructed me to just drink more water. so with Mono it can cause my labs to show inflammation and low MPV?
