Eosinophils count is seen raised in condition which elicit allergic reaction.

Upper left abdominal fullness and fatigue also.

Thought it might be mono

Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

To rule out MONO there is need for some more blood tests and clinical examination.

Kidney stones may not cause eosionophil count rise.

Upper abdomen fullness and fatigue can be seen in intestinal parasite infestation, I would suggest you to get a Ultrasound scan of the abdomen done to rule out any problems related to the intestines and also get dewormed to b on the safer side.
