Question : hi Dr. XXXXXXX I have an excessive left upper lid eye twinkling. It's already several weeks. what is the caousse of it? should I be concern?

The presence of excessive upper eye lid twitching can be due some muscle problem or nerve related disorder.
You need to visit your ophthalmologist is required for clinical examination and relevant investigations.
