Hi
Welcome to XXXXXXX
Diet - Healthy of course. Low fat/ less oil foods. Plenty of Fresh fruits and vegetables. Vitamin B-complex and C supplementation is a must.
Exercise - Regular walk, breathing exercises are advisable.
DO NOT lift heavy weights for six moths if it is a open surgery. If it is lap, then 3 months is ok.
You may carry on with regular day to day activities.
Hope this helps. Kindly write back for doubts if any,
Regards
