Question : Experiencing choking feeling mid drift abdomen area....Quite severe pain,nausea.gas,dreadful rotten food taste in mouth only able to have small and soft meals.....I am overweight. Dreadful extending abdo,mid drift area
Medication..pariet...zoloft,..inner health plus...krill oil..
Question..could I have hiatus hernia...????

Thanks for your query.
With your history of surgeries and obesity, you could be having hiatus hernia.
It could also be a complication of prior gallstones, in the form of acute inflammation of the gall bladder of pancreas.
Please see a doctor immediately as the pain you are describing seems to be quite severe.
