Thank you for the query. The tooth tenderness needs to be examined physically for the proper treatment. It's not clear whether it is upper tooth or lower tooth. If it Upper tooth, even sinusitis has to be ruled out if no decay/Gum related issues are noted. Please visit the dentist at the earliest. Till you XXXXXXX dentist you can take Pain killers like Paracetmol [2-3 times a day].
