In view of general body pain, I would recommend a basic blood investigation such as Complete blood count, vit b12 and vit D levels, to rule out any deficiency.
Even a strenuous activity can cause such episodes. You could take tablet myoril 8mg to relieve muscle spasm and symptoms.
