They look normally bruised by the procedure.

Hello dear. I finally can see the picture.
The lips are bruised and a bit swollen.
I think this is normal imediately after fillers.
I don't think that this is something to get concerned about because it is normally happening after this procedure.
It will get better gradually and you may have the wanted results in a week or two.
