Brief Answer:
Electrolyte Deficiency or Muscle fatigue by excess movement.Detailed Below

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.

Following is my opinion for your asked question.

Muscle twitching for such a short duration could be due to Muscle fatigue by excesss muscle work like gaming or texting excessively on XXXXXXX If your twitching is painful than anti inflammatory drug should be taken or else no need to worry about that.

If you are not using XXXXXXX much(means for long time like 5-6 hour per day) than sometime electrolyte deficiency like calcium or magnesium deficiency could be responsible. You can take calcium and magnesium containing tablet for that.

In short, these 2 reason could be responsible for such short time muscle twitching. If still your problem doesn't solved and twitching increasing than neurological examination should be done for further work up.

Hope this will help you.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards
