Question: Brief Answer:
Lymphatic if the toes are spared.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Please post the reports of blood again as these are not received.
Noted the history well and understood the concerns.
Also noted that heart, leg circulation, nerve conduction are normal.
All your symptoms are suggestive of a local cause like infection, although infection in both feet simultaneously is rare to occur.
Since there is no pain, burning, pins, needles and have rubber sponge feeling it is possible that the cause is local due to loose areolar tissues holding more fluid that is not easily drained up to cause local swelling which in turn causes redness. All these more so due to age related factors.
You have undergone the tests that are normal hence the remaining tests can be MRI of feet and ankle to know the possible cause.
Please watch if the toes are also swollen or not.
If the toes are not swollen then the cause is lymphatic blockage. And to be treated accordingly.
If the toes are also swollen then the cause can be venous congestion or local inflammatory process needing further evaluation to get the cause and get treated accordingly.
Please consult your Doctor and discuss these points in details to get a proper evaluation, examination and investigations to get the causes and get treated accordingly.
Reduce the salt intake.
Continue elevation of the feet above the heart level in laying down position to help postural drainage.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please feel free to give me feedback and ask for further relevant question if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
