i am facing with skin problem and my hand palm skins are looking like ageed person so why this is happening could you advice me?

Welcome to healthcare magic,
This can occur as part of photo ageing. Some have constitutionally dry skin or very less subcutaneous fat which makes it look aged. Can you send me a photo of your hands so that I can assess and recommend treatment ?
