Question : my sugar level is 102 in fasting and 192 pp, is there cause of concern

Your sugars are in what is Prediabetes range. You need to regularly monitor your sugars every 6 months. You also need to loose weight if you are overweight and reduce free sugar and starch in your diet. You can consult a dietician who can guide you to proper nutrition.

Also have your lipid profile and blood pressure checked
