Question : Feel like fluid running down inside if head down to ears. Ears feel full all the time. Had two severe falls resulting in a severe conclusion.

Hii.Its seems that you are having either infection or fluid collection in the middle part of ears. You should consult an ENT surgeon. Get a hearing test like pure tone audiogram and impedance audiogram done. If the tests reveal that there is fluid and infection of the ear then you should start an antibiotic augmentin, antiallergic tablet levocetrizine. Sometimes the connection between ear and nose (eustachian tube) got congested and it results in ear fullness. So it is always better to do a nasal endoscopy to see the eustachian tube. In that case you also need to start fluticasone nasal spray. If you are having giddiness and hearing loss along with ear fullness then you need to do Electrocochleogram,positional tests and some central vestibular tests. In your case it is necessary to do all the above tests to come to a conclusion and get treated accordingly. Please review with reports after the tests have been done or you have any queries.
