Question : whenever I masturbate i feel like there is something inside my penis. n it pains sometimes. what could it be?

Welcome to the forum.
Inside there will be organs from where the ejaculate comes like urethra, seminal vesicles and the prostate.
Also, it is a pleasant sensation and if the ejaculation and urination are fine, there should be no worry.

If there is clot, then the urine speed will also be less.
An ultrasound scan of the urinary tract will be helpful.
