Thanks for the feedback XXXXXXX See we all face difficulties in our lives and that’s how it goes on. We all have good and bad days and days we feel lonely, disappointed and low and that’s alright. We just need to understand that it’s a part of life and keep ourselves motivated.
What i suggest is giving time to yourself and doing what you love is very important. Always have some dreams in your mind as that will keep you motivated. Also be around people who cares for you and avoid negative people.
Also I would like to suggest you to focus on healthy lifestyle routine and start doing some meditation and yoga, things will improve.
