Whats your age?
Are you a weight lifter?
Are you diabetic?
Are you taking any medicines for anything?

Please answer these if possible,apply diclofenac gel,take over the counter painkillers, apply hot pack, dont lift any weights.
if not getting relieved with these get your xray done.
