I have reviewed the reports you have uploaded, and it is not MRI report.

The uploaded blood report shows that you have diabetes which has started very recently, probably less than a year.

Apart from that your lipid profile (Cholesterol level is high, bad cholesterol is high and good chelesterol is low), this means that you are not very active physically, and you must start exercising regularly.

Your Urine test report is normal.

And your thyroid profile is also normal.

This report does not include vitamin levels and there is no MRI.
